Vehicle details

You can view a table with an overview of your vehicles on this page. The vehicles listed in the table are vehicles with Scania Tachograph Services subscriptions.

The details displayed are always from after you took over ownership of the vehicle. Therefore, if you have just purchased a vehicle, no details will be shown for the vehicle before a file is uploaded with data registered after you took over ownership of the vehicle. You cannot make any changes on this page.

Note: All details on this page are based on the last registered data from the vehicle files.

Select group

You can select the group to display information for. Click to make group settings.

  1. Select in the Group list the group you wish to display vehicles for.
  • Select the All option to display all vehicles. You will then also see vehicles which are not part of any group.

Details in the table

  • Reg. No.: Vehicle registration number.
  • Company lock status: Here you can see whether the tachograph is locked to a company card or not. You can see this using the lock symbol. If the tachograph is locked, you can see whether it is locked to the correct company. You can see this from the status beside the lock. See the Company lock status section for more information on the different statuses.
  • Locked to company card: Card number of the company card the tachograph is locked to.
  • Cardholder: The name of the company which owns the company card that the tachograph is locked to.
  • Next tachograph calibration: The date on which the next tachograph calibration must be performed. Tachograph calibration must be performed every two years. After a calibration has been performed and a tachograph file has been received from the vehicle, the date will change to the date on which the next calibration must be performed.
  • Group membership: Select the group or groups to which the vehicle belongs. Click beside Groups to make group settings.

Company lock status

The tachograph in your vehicles must be locked to a card which belongs to your company. When the tachograph is locked to your company, this means that it is just that company which can access data from it. If the tachograph is unlocked, unauthorised persons can access your data. Locking the tachograph is therefore important for the integrity of your company.

If the tachograph is locked incorrectly, i.e. not to a card belonging to your company, this may lead to data for your company being missing. Upon being checked, the company then runs the risks of fines, as it is a legal requirement to archive all driver card data.

In the Company lock column, you can see the company lock status of your vehicles.

You can read more here about the statuses which are displayed and also receive suggestions of courses of action beside the different statuses.

Correct lock

The card the tachograph is locked to belongs to the same company as the card which was used the last time registered data was downloaded. There is no problem with the vehicle company lock.

Incorrect lock

The card the tachograph is locked to does not belong to the same company as the card which was used the last time registered data was downloaded. This means that data from the tachograph cannot be downloaded. Data about driver activities will therefore be missing, which can be seen as a serious infringement in the event of a check. The tachograph was either locked to the wrong company card at the time of download, or the wrong company card was used to download data. A vehicle being locked to the wrong company card occurs frequently in situations where a vehicle has changed owner without the previous owner unlocking the tachograph. Nor has the new owner locked the tachograph to his/her company.

Possible solution: Check in the table that the tachograph is locked to a card which belongs to your company. If the tachograph is locked to another company, you must lock it to a card which belongs to your company. Information on the new company card which the tachograph is locked to will be displayed after the next download has taken place.

If the tachograph is shown to be locked to your company, you should instead check the card which was used to download the last registered data. If the download took place remotely, you should contact your local helpdesk.

Locked, not yet confirmed if correctly

The tachograph is locked, but there is still no information about which company card the tachograph should be locked to. It is therefore impossible to determine whether the lock is incorrect or correct.

Possible solution: Wait for the next download for details about the correct company lock. At the earliest, the download can take place the day after locking was performed. The system can then determine whether the lock is incorrect or correct. If you wish to know the status before this, you can check the company card and cardholder details on this page. If the details are the same as those of your company, the lock should be correct.

No lock

The tachograph is not locked to a company card. This means that unauthorised persons can access data from the tachograph.

Possible solution: Lock the tachograph to a company card belonging to your company. After you have locked the tachograph, data from it can only be downloaded with a company card belonging to your company.

Unknown

There is no information on whether the tachograph is locked to a company card.

Possible solution: Wait for the next download for details about the company lock.
