Reports for drivers
This is where to create reports with driving data for one or more drivers. The reports are based on the EU regulation on driving times and rest periods, (EC) No. 561/2006, and the EU road transport working time directive 2002/15/EC.
Reports
You can create the following reports:
Infringements Only
The report displays the infringements of one or more drivers of the rules on driving times and rest times and the road transport working directive over a selected period. Infringements of the different regulations are divided into different pages of the report.
You can choose whether the report should only display drivers with infringements or whether all drivers should be displayed. Tick the option Only display drivers with infringements
to only display drivers with infringements during the period. This option is preset by default.
At the bottom of the report there is space for the driver’s signature and the signature of the person who informed the driver of the infringements. For drivers with a different language selected, a section in this language will also be included.
The report will be downloaded as a file. You will see the downloaded file at the bottom of the page in your web browser.
Driver Daily Details
The report displays what work a driver has done day by day and which vehicles the driver has used over a selected period. Each day is displayed in its own row in the report. A new calendar day means a new row even though a driving period is in progress.
If several drivers are included in the report, the information is sorted by driver name.
Driver Utilisation Summary
The report displays how long a driver has been working during a selected period and how this time has been divided between different activities.
Each driver’s operations are summarised on one row. The report can be displayed for one or more drivers.
Daily Details Graphical
The report displays what work a driver has done day by day over a selected period.
The information is displayed as both a graph and a table.
Start and end country
The report shows all the location registrations the driver has made. It also shows the occasions when the driver did not make a location registration at the same time as the driver card was inserted into or removed from the tachograph, despite the tachograph reminding him/her to do so. According to the EU regulation on driving times and rest periods, location registration must be performed at the beginning and end of a work Shift.
If you select Select all drivers
, you choose to create the report for all drivers. You can also choose to create the report for selected drivers only.
Graphical display of working time per week
This report shows the driver’s total working time per week over a selected reference period. In the report you can see infringements of the EU road transport working time directive 2002/15/EC.
You can see from the report how many hours the driver has worked each week and how this relates to the 60-hour statutory limit on working hours. You can also see the average weekly working time over the period and how this relates to the applicable statutory limit of 48 hours.
If you wish, you can choose to include the last week of the reference period even if there is incomplete data for the week. However, if you include this week, there is a risk that the calculation of the average permitted working time for future weeks will be incorrect.

Since the reference period must consist of complete weeks, the entire week for the end date you chose will always be displayed. The reference periods start from the date you have selected on theSettings > Working time infringements
page.
- Enter other specific settings for the report, if necessary.
- Click
