Reports for drivers
This is where to create reports with driving data for one or more drivers. The reports are based on the EU regulation on driving times and rest periods, (EC) No. 561/2006, and the EU road transport working time directive 2002/15/EC.
You can create the following reports:
The report displays the infringements of one or more drivers of the rules on driving times and rest times and the road transport working directive over a selected period. Infringements of the different regulations are divided into different pages of the report.
You can choose whether the report should only display drivers with infringements or whether all drivers should be displayed. Tick the option
Only display drivers with infringements to only display drivers with infringements during the period. This option is preset by default.
At the bottom of the report there is space for the driver’s signature and the signature of the person who informed the driver of the infringements. For drivers with a different language selected, a section in this language will also be included.
The report will be downloaded as a file. You will see the downloaded file at the bottom of the page in your web browser.
Driver Daily Details
The report displays what work a driver has done day by day and which vehicles the driver has used over a selected period. Each day is displayed in its own row in the report. A new calendar day means a new row even though a driving period is in progress.
If several drivers are included in the report, the information is sorted by driver name.
Driver Utilisation Summary
The report displays how long a driver has been working during a selected period and how this time has been divided between different activities.
Each driver’s operations are summarised on one row. The report can be displayed for one or more drivers.
Daily Details Graphical
The report displays what work a driver has done day by day over a selected period.
The information is displayed as both a graph and a table.
Start and end country
The report shows all the location registrations the driver has made. It also shows the occasions when the driver did not make a location registration at the same time as the driver card was inserted into or removed from the tachograph, despite the tachograph reminding him/her to do so. According to the EU regulation on driving times and rest periods, location registration must be performed at the beginning and end of a work Shift.
If you select
Select all drivers, you choose to create the report for all drivers. You can also choose to create the report for selected drivers only.
Graphical display of working time per week
This report shows the driver’s total working time per week over a selected reference period. In the report you can see infringements of the EU road transport working time directive 2002/15/EC.
You can see from the report how many hours the driver has worked each week and how this relates to the 60-hour statutory limit on working hours. You can also see the average weekly working time over the period and how this relates to the applicable statutory limit of 48 hours.
If you wish, you can choose to include the last week of the reference period even if there is incomplete data for the week. However, if you include this week, there is a risk that the calculation of the average permitted working time for future weeks will be incorrect.
You can select the group to display information for. Click to make group settings.
- Select in the
Grouplist the group you wish to display drivers for.
- Select the
Alloption to display all drivers. You will then also see drivers which are not part of any group.
Creating a report for drivers
- Select the driver or drivers who you want to create a report for.
- Hold down Ctrl and click the drivers concerned to select several drivers.
- Hold down Shift and click the first and last driver in the group respectively to select a consecutive group of drivers.
- Select the report you want to create.
- Click next to the
End datefields to select which dates to include in the time period. Note: The time period must not be longer than one year.
- If you select the Graphical display of working time per week report, you have to choose either an end date for the reference period or a fixed reference period instead depending on which settings you have made on the
Settings > Working time infringementspage. If the interval is rolling you will have to select an end date for the reference period. Since the reference period must consist of complete weeks, the entire week for the end date you chose will always be displayed. If, however, the interval is fixed you will have to select from a number of preset reference periods of a certain length. The reference periods start from the date you have selected on the
Settings > Working time infringementspage.
- Enter other specific settings for the report, if necessary.
Search for driver
You can search for a particular driver by using the search boxes at the top of the list. You can search on driver name, driver card number or employee number. You can search on one of these parameters or several of them at the same time.
Click the column heading for the column which the information should be sorted by. Information is initially sorted in ascending order. Then, whenever you click the heading, sorting switches between ascending and descending order.
