Event log

This page displays a history of the different events that have occurred on the portal when you have transferred data between the tachograph in the vehicle and Scania Tachograph Portal.

The validity periods and statuses of your company cards are also displayed.

The page is divided into two windows:

  • The first window displays the event history with the number of the company card used during the event.
  • The second window shows the statuses of your company cards.

Select the information to be displayed

The default setting is for all information from the past three days to be displayed. If you wish to change the selection:

  1. Select an option from the Vehicle drop-down list.
  2. Select an option from the Event drop-down list and select the event from the list.
  3. Click next to the Start date and End date fields to select which dates to include in the time period. Note: You can only view information up to a maximum of three months back in time.
  4. Click next to the Start date and End date fields to select the time at which the time period should start and end.
  5. Click Display.

Event window

Events displayed:

  • Company card has been requested: The tachograph has sent a request for a company card. Transfer of data cannot occur until the tachograph has received a reply from a company card and the company card and tachograph have been checked.
  • The company card has replied: A company card has replied. The company card and tachograph are being checked.
  • The company card has become available: The tachograph is available for data transfer.
  • Access rights to tachograph have been denied: Checking of the driver card or tachograph failed. Data cannot be transferred until a successful check of the company card and tachograph has taken place.
  • Driver card file has been transferred: A file from the driver card has been transferred to Scania Tachograph Portal. The file can be found on the Operations > File store page. You can also view information from the file on the Analysis > Drivers page.
  • Vehicle file has been transferred: A file from the tachograph in a vehicle has been transferred to Scania Tachograph Portal. The file can be found on the Operations > File store page. You can also view information from the file on the Analysis > Vehicles page.
  • Corrupt file has been registered: A file with corrupt contents has been identified when transferring the data. The file is damaged and cannot be used on Scania Tachograph Portal.

Company card window

Various company card status settings:

  • The company card is busy: The company card and tachograph are being checked.
  • The company card is available: The company card has established contact with Scania Tachograph Portal. The company card is available for data transfer between the tachograph and Scania Tachograph Portal.
  • The company card is not available: The company card has not established contact with Scania Tachograph Portal. The company card is not available for data transfer between the tachograph and Scania Tachograph Portal.
  • The company card is not valid: The company card has passed its expiry date. The company card is not available for data transfer between the tachograph and Scania Tachograph Portal.

Sorting information

Click the column heading for the column which the information should be sorted by. Whenever you click the heading, sorting switches between ascending and descending order.
